By purchasing tickets from Mangal Events, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Use
Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred without permission.
2. Prohibited Acts
Unauthorized resale, duplication, or modification of tickets is strictly prohibited.
3. Event Changes
Event details (time, venue, lineup) may change without prior notice.
4. Entry Refusal
Admission may be denied to anyone violating event or venue rules.
5. Liability
Mangal Events is not responsible for accidents, theft, or issues beyond its control.
6. Agreement
Completing a purchase indicates your full agreement to these terms.

Mangal Eventsからチケットを購入することにより、以下の利用規約に同意したものとみなします。
1. チケットの利用
チケットは個人利用に限り、無断で譲渡・転売することはできません。
2. 禁止事項
チケットの不正転売、複製、改ざんは禁止されています。
3. イベント内容の変更
開演時間や出演者、会場等は事前の告知なしに変更となる場合があります。
4. 入場拒否
イベントや会場の規則に違反した場合、入場をお断りする場合があります。
5. 免責事項
会場内での事故・盗難など、当社の責に帰さないトラブルについては責任を負いかねます。
6. 同意事項
チケット購入完了をもって、上記規約に同意したものとみなします。
Security Policy
Mangal Events uses industry-standard security measures to protect customer data.

Refund Policy
- All ticket sales are **final** and **non-refundable**, except in cases of event cancellation or postponement by the organizer.
- If an event is canceled, full refunds (excluding transaction fees) will be issued automatically to the original payment method.
- If an event is postponed, purchased tickets remain valid for the new date.
- Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.
- チケット購入後のキャンセル・返金は原則として受け付けておりません。
- 主催者側の都合でイベントが中止となった場合のみ、購入金額（手数料を除く）を返金いたします。
- イベントが延期となる場合、購入済みのチケットは新しい日程で有効となります。
- 返金処理には最大で10営業日ほどかかる場合があります。
